Shipping & Returns

To be eligible for a return, you must return within 15 days of purchasing your item. Your item must be in new & original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original sealed packaging. It must be in the same condition that you received it.

 

Once our returns dept. receives your return and determine it is in the new/ original condition your refund will be processed to your credit card. We will send you an email once your item has been received and another email once your credit has been issued.

 

When emailing about your return, please include your full name and order number.

Returns received after 15 days are NON - REFUNDABLE. If the return is less than 30 days and your item is still in new & original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original sealed packaging. It must be in the same condition that you received it. Then the item can be exchanged ONLY. Items older than 30 days from the date of purchase are non-refundable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable.

RETURN SHIPPING

 

To return your item for a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

REFUND PROCESS

 

Any returned item must be in its original condition, and all tags and packaging must be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically apply to your original method of payment. Please allow at least 14 days for us to process the refund.
